When visiting Puglia, you'd be devastated if you didn't carve out some time to explore this historic acropolis that swells with residents in the summer months. Locals say that their population increases 3x for half of the year, and it's easy to see why in this place that is nicknamed 'The White City'.  

Ostuni is perched on a hill overlooking the Puglian landscape. You would be forgiven for thinking you had just laid your eyes on a Greek island that had washed up on the Italian shores. The dazzling whitewashed buildings and European architecture are just the tip of the iceberg, so to speak, when beginning to explore this beautiful town and its inhabitants.

Cocktails are served with authentic Italian hospitality along the fortified walls of this remarkable place. Men and women call out to one another with a neighbourly and familiar banter down the quaint and yet busy streets. When we left this magical place, we were inspired to create a bag that reflected the true beauty of Ostuni.
