Stella Handbag
Description
Born in the Umbria region of Italy, Antoinetta Stella was one of the most memorable Italian operatic sopranos - her prominent roles throughout the 50’s and 60’s earning her star status across the country. Her prodigal voice and captivating acting saw her dominate leading roles in such brilliant operas such as La Bohemé, La Traviata, and Madame Butterfly. She debuted as Aida at the Royal Opera in London and her infamy followed her until her death in Rome at the age of 92.
Our Stella handbag is aptly named for such a star - this half moon shaped handbag has multiple versatile handle options - shoulder strap clipped for short and sassy, removed as a clutch, or with a long adjustable crossbody strap. It can be worn whilst travelling through Umbria or dressed up while visiting the opera. Available in all Wanderers' signature colours. Featuring our NEW "W" cotton lining.
