HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If for whatever reason you would like to exchange your purchased item(s):

  • Please email info@wandererstravelco.com within 7 days of receiving your item with ‘Exchange’ as the subject. In the body of the email please state the following:
      • your full name
      • original order number
      • the reason for the exchange* 
    • We will reply to your email as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed.
    • Return the original stock item(s), including all original packaging, to our address listed below (Please note that the shipping costs to return your item(s) will be your responsibility). 
    • Upon receiving the returned item(s) in good order we will issue an online store credit to the value of the original purchase price of the returned item(s).

    Please send all returned products for exchange to the following address:

    Extended Mother's Day Returns: If your order was placed between 15th April and 9th May 2021, you qualify for extended returns, and can return your item(s) up until 16th May, 2021.

    *Please note that Wanderers Travel Co. reserves the right to decline an exchange request subject to our discretion.

    Please note that the existing returns and exchanges conditions and warranty are NOT applied to items purchased in a “Seconds Sale”. These items cannot be returned for any reason. These items are classified as seconds due to not passing our high quality control standards.

     

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
