Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Wanderers Travel Co. order, but if it’s not quite right, you can return your purchased items within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply book your return online.

Extended Christmas Returns: If your order is placed between 14 Nov and 25 Dec 2022, you qualify for extended returns, and can return your item(s) up until 1st January, 2023.

We offer a number of return options - you can choose to exchange your item for a different item, return it for 110% store credit or opt for a refund to your original payment method. How it works

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. We offer free returns for full-price Jackets and Sunglasses only. While we can’t offer free returns on all items, we do offer the option of purchasing a discounted return label when you book your return.


Free gifts cannot be individually selected for return / exchange unless defective. If you are returning all the paid products in your order for a refund or store credit then you must return your free gift as well.


The existing returns policy is NOT applied to Final Sale, Seconds Sale or Overstock Sale items. These items cannot be returned for any reason.


You can book your return online if it is:

  • Within 7 days of delivery or within the extended Christmas returns period
  • Unused, with original dustbags and with tags still attached
  • Not a Final Sale / Seconds Sale / Overstock Sale item

Need to request a warranty claim? Our warranty covers fault in workmanship or material within 12 months of purchase. If this is the case, we will replace or repair your product at our discretion. Make a warranty claim online


  1. Book your return online

    Enter your order number and email, select your return item(s) and choose what you’d like to return them for. You can buy a prepaid label while booking your return or get your own later.

  2. Attach your return label and drop it off

    Print and attach the label to your parcel. If you've bought our prepaid return label, you can drop off your return at your nearest Australia Post outlet. You can also get the label printed at the post office.

  3. We’ll process your return within 7 business days of receiving the item(s)

    Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item(s), we’ll process your request for an exchange, store credit or refund, and email you once this is complete.

    Note: Store credit is issued in the form of a Gift Card with no expiry date.
